hi Siba, i have exactly the same issue with yours, with the only difference is that i have it with Dell Computer, of course it is a new pc , with windows7 64Bit, and i belive that our problem with the Datalogic scanner has to do either with windows7 64 bit or with usb3 support.
Did you found any solution other than connecting through a usb hub ? ( This is working for me too ).
