I have a bunch of laptops with a HDD and a small SSD for cache and using the RST software for this. I need to enable the cache after the image is deployed but can't find any newer versions of the CLI....

Peagle, that way, only the front-end is updated not the driver. So, it's not really useful. You could as well stay with the initial front-end to avoid compatibility issues.
