There are some computers that by default have an option in the BIOS that allows the user to change the USB 3.0 to always work as xHCI or eHCI. Check in the BIOS if your motherboard has this option....

Fujitsu said get a new driver update from Intel.I told them Intel has no drivers for windows 8 / 8.1 usb 3.0 they dont reply to me any more. I asked for new bios many times before I wrote this post.

That is correct. You do not need Intel® Rapid Storage Technology software; the driver should still be there for basic operation.
