Thanks for the reply but I am afraid that you are mistaken* - it is possible to easily schedule Verify and repair from the utility found via the Notification Area icon. I have it scheduled for once a week and, as I said in my post, it works fine!
Except that it won't carry out the scheduled Verify if the computer is sleeping. It just waits until it next starts up and then automatically starts Verifying and repairing.
I know that I can use Windows Task Scheduler to wake the computer but I would like Windows Task Scheduler to run the Verify task. I don't know which component of the installed RST application to have it call. I am presuming I can use a command line string with switches but what would it be? Can you help?
* Quote from RST Help "When you schedule verify and repair operations, the following conditions apply:
■ Valid volumes include: Recovery (continuous update mode only), RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 10, and accelerated volumes." - (I have RAID 1)
