You may try the following:

  1. Do a backup of all current SSD partitions and store it somewhere outside the SSD.
  2. Download an actual ISO file of the tool "Parted Magic" and create a bootable USB flash drive with it.
  3. Boot off the Parted Magic USB flash drive and let the tool do a "Secure Erase" of your SSD (if needed, follow the advice of Parted Magic and send the SSD into the "sleep mode").
  4. Restart the computer and retry to get Windows 7 installed.
