Has this issue been confirmed as a bug?
I'm assuming that this forum is informal (i.e. no guarantee of a response / fix from Intel directly), is there a way for us to escalate and raise the issue formally?
Are you able to tell us how to log events from the RST software / drivers?
I'm thinking that it would be possible to log events from v13 and v14 and compare results.
We could highlight the event(s) that are not occurring with v14. Maybe this would help prove that there is an issue?
I have my dual boot (Windows 8.1 / Windows 10) system setup in such a way that I can easily demonstrate / reproduce the variance between v13 and v14.
