If you are looking to replace the B815 with the 3612QM, that will not work as the 3612qm is of different architecture:

Also, it is not the hm65 chipset that is the issue.  A processor upgrade must not only be socket compatible, it must also be supported by the BIOS of your PC.

 

So, ask the manufacturer of your PC what processors are supported by their BIOS.  Then, select from the supported processors.

 

And, that is only possible if the processor can be replaced.
