Hi,

I have resolved the issue.  It turned out that I have a left over atipcie.sys that get loaded and that conflict with the intel usb 3.0 drivers.  After changing that to pcie driver to the system one and then renamed the atipcie.sys, I can install the intel usb 3.0 driver without any further issues.

Regards,
