Here's one way you could do it:

1. Back up your data. Always a good idea.

2. Head over here and download the f6flpy-x64.zip file.

3. Extract its contents to a new, temporary folder.

4. Open Device Manager >> IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers >> double click [Your 'Intel(R) 9 Seriers... Controller'] >> click the Driver tab >> Click 'Update Driver' >> point the browser to the new temporary folder which was mentioned in step 2.

5. Reboot the machine once the update has completed.

6. Open Device Manager >> IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers >> double click [Your 'Intel(R) 9 Seriers... Controller'] >> Check if the change is reflected in the Driver Data + Driver Version fields.
