F6 driver for the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology driver is not necessary for Microsoft® Windows 7, 8 or 8.1. It was only necessary for Microsoft® Windows XP or X79 chipset.
I suggest you to set RAID in BIOS, re-install the operating system then, install the latest motherboard drivers (Chipset, Management Engine drivers and RST)using 1hard disk drive. Turn system off and plug the rest of the Hard Disk Drives.
Restart the computer and create the RAID configuration with our software.
If problem continues, please tell me the amount of hard disk drives (model), motherboard model, BIOS, RAID type. Let me know where the hard disks are running faster (on BIOS or operating system)
