Have you tried downloading the drivers from http://www.asrock.com/? If not you can try this link.

Chipset, USB, Man. engine,LAN and SATA, are available from the manufacturer, If you are having problems with drivers for your Asrock* Z97, you need to contact them for support

You can always try Intel drivers, but these are generic and may not work with your system.
