When updating the BIOS the Raid structure is not affected at all. You may need to change the Chipset mode from AHCI to RAID but the volume will still be there along with the information.
From our side, we do not have software to recover DATA since we are not responsible for changes customer make on their systems but you can look for 3rd party solutions to recover the information.
If you access CTRL-I and reset the Disks to non RAID, all information will be lost so as I mentioned before, the RAID structure should not be affected at all when updating the BIOS.
I understand the problem you are having but I regret to say there is no way for us to recover the information or decrypt information.
