I have already gone through the video and i have checked whether other CPU's like Xeon are also having same feature of providing control over the pcie controllers through bios or not. But i have not found any information/confirmation regarding it.

Please help me to confirm whether Xeon processor also provide same feature as the processor shown in the video.

Also please provide any other resources that would be helpful
