Already done that, but did it again. Same result. Also downloaded all the drivers from HP and were the same result. The Driver designations on the hp stuff is exactly the same as your generic one. They claim no change were made to it. There seems to be this problem on a lot of units from the internet and there remains no solution except those who want to sell you the repair software that will fix anything on any machine (Which I find to be unsavory).
