Hi Syliva,

 

My guess is it affects virtually ALL of the PC's with this host. I have had reports from Dell, Lenovo and others.

 

My personal Dell Inspiron PC has the issue. You can refer to Reference Number 0292 9157 from your Intel Sys ID Java app.  As far as the ms32info, do you want me to email that?

 

I also have personally tested two Dell Optiplex 3020's with different BIOS's and they both exhibit the behaviour. It's not a super common situation so perhaps not surprising that it might not be on the radar. Plus the end user can probably discover the workaround which is to unplug the USB device (even though the device in my and others opinion it conforms to the USB spec).
