This file is part of the service of Intel® Rapid Storage Technology. This software provides the capability to set RAID volumes on the computer depending on the Computer Manufacture limitations.
If your system is running a RAID volume, you can try uninstalling and installing the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology driver. My best recommendation is to get the driver and support from the Computer Manufacture since your system has many special features such as the Bitlocker.
