Any updates on a fix?
I just found out that unless I login to the desktop after power on, CrystalDiskInfo does not apply the APM settings and therefore does not provide the workaround to this problem.
I usually boot the PC and leave it at the login screen and let is run services.
Any solutions for pre-logins?
