(this is my info from page number 2)
windows 8.1 x64 tested with all windows updates and with NO windows update installed
motherboard asus p8p67 rev3.0 bios 3602 (motherboard chipset is p67)
i use
1- SSD 128gb m5s plextor for a system,
1-hdd samsung hd502hj for only data ( i dont have any hidden system files here)
i use only intel sata ports i had turn off my marvell controller from bios settings.

NOW some new information:
I tested RST drivers from intel site for windows 8.1 x64:
12.8.0.1016 - When i try to turn off computer then my HDD spining down corectly but sudenly spinup for few secound and spindown last time.
12.9.0.1001 - When i try to turn off computer then my HDD spining down corectly but sudenly spinup for few secound and spindown last time.
13.1.0.1058 - no luck with instaling it because i have intel 6 series chipset (p67) and drivers are for intel 7 series and abowe.
i tested RST drivers from intel site for windows 8 x64 (but i install them on my configuration with windows 8.1 x64):
11.7.0.1013 - all working corectly when i turn off computer, i dont have any problems with spining HDD again, only my SSD WRITE TRANSFER is slower for about 10MB/s in compare to intel RST version 12 drivers, SSD READ SPEED IS GOOD
12.0.0.1083 - at first i was thinking all working good, when i turn off computer then it turn off corectly but on secound turn off was other problem, computer didnt want to turn off-> LCD goes black but HDD didnt stop spinning and fan's didnt stop working... that situation occur almost every turn off. When i back to 11.7.0.1013 problem disappeared.
12.5.0.1066 - didn't try it, i didnt have time and strength to test anything more
*other drivers for windows 8 are this same like for windows 8.1
I do all i can to test and help you intel to repear that what didnt work corectly please do something with it!
