I understand you are experiencing issues with Intel® Rapid Storage version 13.1 on Supermicro X7SPA-HF.
I have checked specifications for your motherboard model and integrate an Intel® ICH9R SATA controller; this means the latest rapid storage software is not compatible for your chipset type. The latest version was developed for Intel 7,8,9 and C600 chipset with PCH controllers.
You need to use a compatible software version for your SATA controller; in this case, it will be Intel® Matrix Storage Manager version 8.9.
Please test version above and check if same symptoms are reported.
